The Seamless Switch Process

	Step 1 - Sign the Agreement If you're switching to one of our recurring services, you will need to sign our simple agreement. However, we don't require a long-term commitment; our agreement is month-to-month.
	Step 2 - Communicate with your Current IT Provider You will need to let your existing IT provider know that you are switching to Save On IT and determine your end-date with them.
	Step 3 - IT Policies and Procedures Most companies don't already have these in place. If you do, we ask that you provide them. If not we will create them for you based on our templates and refine them with you over time.
	Step 4 - Network Documentation Most companies don't have up-to-date documentation in place. If you do, we ask that you provide it. If not we have two options. Our on-site onboarding service includes documentation of your network by one of our technicians We will send you a spreadsheet to complete and return to us
	Step 5 - Software Installation In order for us to provide service, software needs to be installed on the supported devices. We can install it on computers during on-site onboarding, or we can provide you with instructions and a file to install on your own.
	Step 6 - Communication with your Staff If you are subscribing to Helpdesk, you will need to communicate the switch with your team. We will provide you with a template you can share with your staff. We also provide physical printed cards or magnets that your staff can keep on their desks.
