If a problem is detected, our advanced automation system will attempt to repair the problem autonomously. If an autonomous repair isn't possible, the issue will be sent to our Network Operations Center, where we will remotely access the server and initiate remote IT support to address the problem. If the IT system issue needs to be addressed onsite, we will dispatch a technician.
